Good summer so far, grass finally started growing after a very long, cold winter and the horses are starting to get their summer shine – some of them a little too enthusiastically! Annabell the only one put back in foal this year, we will leave the others till next Spring.

We took Annabell to Castle Crest and she scanned in foal eighteen days later, so we are looking forward to her producing a second Loki or Clasina in 2011.

Allison gave birth this morning to a beautiful filly foal who we have named Liath. No problems with the birth and Liath is, as she should be, an alert and curious little girl.
